Driveshaft loops, along with driveshaft covers, are used in the construction of driveshaft tunnels. In the event of driveline failure, most sanctioning bodies require a minimum 12 in. driveshaft tunnel to help protect the driver from a loose or broken driveshaft.

Our kit comes complete with the driveshaft loop, mounting bosses, and pins. The driveshaft loop features a welded lower half. Welding required for the mounting bosses.

This driveshaft loop is made of 1 in. OD x .065 in. W 4130.
