Pigford Brothers’ 1948 Anglia built by RJ Race Cars
When brothers Joe and Roy Pigford decided they wanted to build an Anglia Gasser, only one person came to mind…Rick Jones. “If we couldn’t get Rick Jones to build the car, then we wouldn’t build the car. We are that impressed with his work.”
This one-of-a-kind 1948 Anglia is sure to stand out at the track. “It’s unique and in the day when everyone is building Camaros and you see fifty of them, you won’t see fifty RJ Anglia’s, I promise you that!”
“As far as the design, workmanship, and everything on the car, we are perfectly happy! We still have some work left to do at home, and when we get the car finished, I think it will be something Rick and all of us will be proud of.”
“The car isn’t done yet and we are already proud,” said Rick Jones. “This is a cool car and it was a fun project.”
