Water Jet Machining
O-Max 55100 Jet Machining Center: We can cut material sizes up to 4’x8’ and up to 10” thick. We can cut any of these materials: steel 4130, mild or stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, rubber, lexan, poly-carbonate, ceramic, marble, granite, brass, copper, carbon fiber, wood, and gasket material. We carry a large inventory of 4130, 4140, 1020 mild steel, stainless and aluminum sheet and plate in stock.
CNC Machining Centers
Mazak Nexus CNC Turning Center with live tooling: This is the ultimate turning center that can do any turning job. Plus it can mill, drill and tap from the side! We also have a Mazak Nexus 510C-II CNC Vertical Machining Center, this machine can do about any 3D job you need done!
Welding
We have the best TIG and MIG machines operated by skilled welders.
Finishing
We have all the finishing equipment! Belt sanders, grinders, polishers and vibratory tumblers.
Tube Bending
We have Hossfield hydraulic tube benders and we can bend all sizes from 3/16” to 1-3/4”
Metal Cutting and Forming
We have shears and sheet metal brakes for cutting and bending most materials.
Sawing
We have a semi-automatic horizonal band saw, cold cut saw, chop saws and vertical band saws.
