RJ Pro 4130 Custom 9" Ford Fabricated Housing

Constructed entirely out of 4130, our custom fabricated 9" Ford housing is second to none. All TIG welded and built on custom fixtures to assure perfect alignment. Features 1/4" RJ Pro Series 4130 4-Link Brackets, back brace, torsion bar mounts, wheelie bar mounts, wishbone mounts, tie down mounts, fill cap, drain plug, housing face studs, 3-1/2" x .250" wall axle tubes, and your choice of small Ford, big Ford, Olds, Mopar, symmetrical, double row, or Strange 2-piece style housing ends. 

Upgrade to the RJ Extreme Series 1/4" thick 4-link brackets with 1/8" doubler plates for the bolt holes for added adjustability and strength.

OUR HOUSINGS ARE BUILT BY EXPERT CRAFTSMEN ON PRECISION FIXTURES. WE BUILD OUR HOUSINGS FIRST AND DO ALL THE WELDING EXCEPT FOR THE HOUSING ENDS, AND THEN WE MACHINE THE HOUSING FACE TO MAKE SURE IT IS FLAT AND TRUE AFTER ALL THE WELDING IS DONE. THEN WE INSTALL THE HOUSING ENDS FOR A PRECISE FIT AND ALIGNMENT. WE ARE THE ONLY BUILDER THAT DOES IT THIS WAY BECAUSE IT TAKES MORE TIME BUT THE END RESULT IS WORTH IT.
