The Xtreme Series Adjustable Billet 4-Link Chassis Bracket Kit is one of the most popular and beneficial upgrades you can make to your chassis. When considering adjustable 4-link brackets for your build, install this kit with the confidence that it was strategically designed, manufactured, and tested for peak performance.
Precision Tuning
When tuning a car with traditional one-piece 4-link brackets, the smallest change you can make to the spread is typically 5/8 in. to 1 in. or more. With the Xtreme Series system, you can make spread and bar angle adjustments in 1/8 in. increments.
This kit features our billet weld-on chassis brackets, which utilize a unique bolt-on 4-link plate system. A precision keyway allows both the top and bottom plates to move independently in 1/8 in. increments. Additionally, the plates can be flipped for even more versatility, allowing for ultra-fine adjustments to the 4-link’s instant center.
Strength and Specifications
This system uses a unique keyway design for maximum strength. By removing the 1/4 in. bolt, the plates slide within the keyway to adjust in 1/8 in. increments. There is a 5/8 in. range of adjustment in the keyway before you need to move the rod end to the next hole. The 1/2 in. holes for the 4-link rod end are set on 3/4 in. spacing.
We offer two different styles of weld-on billet chassis brackets in the Xtreme Series:
Gusseted Style: Features a built-on "shark fin" gusset on the front side for continued support.
Material: All weld-on brackets are CNC-machined from billet 4130 chromoly.
Bracket Features:
• 14.750 in. center-to-center.
• Laid-back top notch (2.5 in.) with 1-5/8 in. notches.
• Notched radius edges for precision penetration during welding.
High-Performance Materials
All versions of the weld-on brackets use the same bolt-on 4-link plates. To provide years of consistent performance, these upper and lower plates are CNC-machined from Titanium. The kit comes complete with NAS bolts and Nyloc nuts.
